- If you wish to access your personal data, you can submit a request through our support helpdesk https://tennerr.uservoice.com or send us an email at support@tennerr.com detailing your request. Our customer support team will respond with a downloadable link, which will remain active for 48 hours for security reasons.
- If you wish to remove your personal data from tennerr, you can deactivate your account via the Account Settings. Important: Please contact us via the email associated with your tennerr account and note your request to be deleted from our servers. The option to deactivate an account is not available on our tennerr apps.
