Dean was responsible for delivering a full range of commitments related to a £250 million phased investment from Bridgepoint asset fund management group for Care UK, this involved: • Strategic planning and delivery of projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on the wider organisation, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary; • Pipeline planning, resource and capacity management activities; • Actively working with partners to develop cross-service and organisational solutions; • Providing shared oversight of the whole commissioning cycle, particularly for high-risk services; • Developed a Project Management Blueprint, new home Launch Manual and co-developed, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new Care Homes. • Implemented key KPI’s across all professional services including finance, construction, IT, Commissioning, Hotel Services, Marketing, HR and Facilities Management whilst driving cultural transformation and improvements to deliver a motivated, high quality and high performing pool of professional resources in a matrix environment.
