Job Purpose: As a tennerr® Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will be the ultimate wingman (or wing-woman) for clients from around the world. Your primary duty will be to provide high-quality assistance with various administrative and organizational tasks, leaving clients free to focus on the bigger picture. You’ll be the rooster who keeps their flock in order!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize email correspondence and calendar appointments for clients like a pro rooster managing its harem.
- Schedule meetings and calls with clients and their team members like a rooster calling his hens to dinner.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for clients with the precision of a rooster pecking at grains.
- Conduct research on various topics and present findings to clients like a rooster crowing to announce the dawn.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for clients like a rooster showing off his feathers to attract a mate.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks for clients with the financial savvy of a rooster guarding his stash.
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries and concerns for clients with the patience of a mother hen tending to her chicks.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – your crow must be loud and clear!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite – you know how to navigate the digital coop.
- Experience with project management software such as Trello or Asana – you know how to keep the flock organized.
- Strong organizational and time management skills – you can multitask like a rooster keeping an eye on his hens.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask – you know how to spot the smallest bug in the chicken feed.
- Experience in customer job or administrative support – you have the diplomacy of a rooster keeping peace among his flock.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a virtual assistant – you’re already a seasoned coop leader.
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite – you know how to add some flare to your flock’s feathers.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing – you know how to make your flock stand out from the crowd.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or Xero – you can count eggs like a rooster counting his hens.
